rsi smoothed for Metatrader 5

This is basically John Ehlers smoothed rsi with some additions to make it easier to find levels crossings and slopes when rsi values are over or bellow the desired levels. Using the possibilities that we do not have in metatrader 4 : 5 color line would simply not be possible to make without repainting in metatrader 4 (we would need 9 drawing buffers for that) and here it comes rather easy.
