Originally this indicator was published in September 2010 TASC in an article by Ron Black. This one differs from the original in one thing : the color changes are at correct places - they are not lagging 1 bar 9so it is a bit upgraded compared to the original). If you wish it to work as the original, set the ColorDisplacement parameter to 0 and then you are going to get a same display as the one published in that TASC issue).
