Long term Heiken ashi candles oscillator

This is the indicator described in the Jul 2012 issue of TASC in an article "Long-Term Trading Using Exchange Traded Funds" by Sylvain Vervoort.
As the name suggests it it is meant to be used on a longer time frames (the proposed in article is weekly) but one can experiment with it on shorter time frames too.
