Blau multi pair CMI indicator

Multi pair Blau CMI. To get a "raw" CMI set the period 3 to 1. To get the "smoothed" CMI set the period to anything greater than 1 (Blau uses 5) As usual, alerts and multi time frame included in this indicator too.
