T3 DeMarker indicator

The way how DeMarker is calculated it is possible to replace some parts of calculation with different ways, and in that case, we can get a much smoother result. So, this one is not a smoothed DeMarker (it is not a DeMarker that is additionally smoothed, in which case we would have some lag added to it) but it is a smoother DeMarker.

we can see a comparison on the image: upper is the regular, built in DeMarker and lower is the T3 Demarker.
