BB MACD indicator for Metatrader 5

This is the BB MACD indicator for metatrader 5 version. In this one some additional coloring has been added (when it exits the Bollinger bands, for example) and is using some thing that can be done in metatrader 5. So this indicator is working as an original Gerrald Appel MACD should do
